Milk — Incompatible Foods
Do not eat milk with:
- Bananas
- Fish
- Meat
- Melons
- Curd
- Sour fruits
- Kitchari
- Bread containing yeast
- Cherries
- Yogurt
Example: Bananas with milk — both have a sweet taste and cooling energy, but their post-digestive taste is very different. Bananas are sour while milk is sweet, causing confusion to the digestive system and potentially resulting in toxins, allergies, and other imbalances.

Milk
Milk is classified as a heavy food. It becomes lighter when heated with saffron. Along with grains, raw fruits, and vegetables, milk helps to satisfy unnatural cravings for dominance and makes one more willing to submit to the will of Nature.
