Overview
Indian Valerian is one of the herbs traditionally used in Ayurveda for heart disease. Tagara is Ayurveda's nervine sedative for restless Vata: dried rhizome, 1-3g at bedtime, calms anxiety (Chittodvega), eases epilepsy, and quiets a racing mind.
