Ojo Dushti
A pathological state in which the quality of ojas is impaired, weakening immunity and resilience.
Definition
Ojo dushti is a qualitative disturbance of ojas, the body's vital essence. Even when ojas is present in sufficient quantity, vitiation by the doshas can degrade its quality and weaken resistance to disease.
