Trayantyadi Kashaya — Overview

Trayantyadi Kashaya is a decoction of Trayanthi, Triphala, Nimba, Katuka and Madhuka (1 part each), Trivrit and Patola moola (4 parts each), and husked Masura (8 parts).

The decoction is administered internally with ghee and is indicated for a broad range of conditions including Vidradhi (abscess), Gulma, Visarpa (erysipelas), Daha (burning), delirium, intoxication, fever with thirst and fainting, vomiting, heart disease, Raktapitta (bleeding disorders), Kushta (skin disease) and Kamala (jaundice).
