Ramachandiswara Rasa — Overview
Ramachandiswara Rasa is a potent mercurial-metallic pill formulation containing Tamra Bhasma (Chembu), Vatsanabhi (aconite), Parada (mercury), Gandhaka (sulfur), and Laksha — each in equal part.
The drugs are pounded with Nirgundi Swarasa and Ardraka Swarasa and rolled into pills of one Gunja size. It is specifically indicated for Sarva Sannipata — severe tridoshic/complex fevers with mixed Vata-Pitta-Kapha involvement.
