These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of The 3 AM Wake (the "Product"), a digital educational guide and dashboard sold on ayurvedaorigin.com (the "Site"). By purchasing or using the Product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Product.

1. Who we are

Payments are processed by our payment provider, who acts as the merchant of record for the transaction. The payment provider's terms apply to the payment and tax aspects of your purchase, in addition to these Terms.

2. What you are buying

The Product includes:

• A personalized PDF guide of approximately 35 pages, watermarked with your name and email, delivered by email after payment.
• Access to a personal web dashboard at ayurvedaorigin.com, accessed via a magic link, that includes a 3-question diagnostic and a personalized 7-day calendar.
• One free 15-minute consultation with a member of our team if the protocol has not produced results by Day 7.

3. License to use the Product

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Product for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may print the PDF for your own use. You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, share, or publicly post the PDF or any substantial portion of its contents.
• Share your magic link or dashboard access with others.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or watermark in the PDF.
• Use the Product to provide medical advice or services to other people.

4. Educational content, not medical advice

The Product is an educational guide based on classical Ayurvedic texts and current peer-reviewed research, reviewed by a BAMS-credentialed Ayurvedic physician. It is not a substitute for individualized medical care.

We only link to products we have evaluated for quality and that meet our editorial standards. Affiliate revenue does not affect our recommendations.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Seller's total liability arising out of or related to the Product or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the Product. The Seller is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to existing purchasers. Continued use of the Product after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, India, unless local consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise and apply mandatorily.
