Refund Policy

The 30-day money-back guarantee
If The 3 AM Wake does not work for you, or if for any other reason you are not satisfied with the Product, we will refund you in full within 30 days of your purchase. No questions, no friction. You keep the PDF.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the same email address you used at checkout, with the subject line "Refund". You do not need to explain why, but we appreciate one or two sentences of feedback if you have time, since it helps us improve the Product.
How long refunds take
We initiate refunds within 1 business day of your email. The actual refund to your card or bank account is processed by our payment processor and typically appears within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
What is refundable
- The full purchase price of the Product.
- Any applicable taxes that were charged at checkout.
What happens to your access
After a refund is issued, your dashboard access is deactivated. The PDF you have already downloaded remains yours; you may keep using it for personal reference. Future check-in emails are cancelled.
Beyond 30 days
Refund requests beyond the 30-day window are reviewed case-by-case. If you encountered a serious issue (for example, a clinical concern about a herb interaction that we should have flagged more clearly, or a technical problem accessing your dashboard) we will refund regardless of the date. Email [email protected] and explain.
Chargebacks
Please email us before initiating a chargeback. We will refund without question; a chargeback is slower for both of us and counts against our payment processor account. We have never refused a refund request inside the 30-day window.
Free 15-minute call before refunding
If the protocol has not worked by Day 7, we offer a free 15-minute call with a member of our team to diagnose what is missing. The book has a troubleshooting chapter for the most common reasons (inconsistent wake time, incomplete trigger removal, untreated thyroid, sleep apnea), and we work through it on the call. This is offered before a refund as an option, not a substitute. If the call does not resolve the issue, the refund is yours, no further questions.
