Rasa Sara: Signs of Superior Plasma Quality
A person with rasa sara has beautiful, soft, smooth skin with good complexion and uniform color, with no moles or pimples — absolutely healthy skin. The hair is soft and wavy. Such a person has strength and stamina, great love, compassion, and profound faith.
The superior quality of rasa dhatu is also responsible for clear perception, clarity, faith, love, and trust. When the quality of rasa dhatu is superfine, it brings music and perfume to life — rasa also means musical melody. When music plays, you automatically begin moving your body because rasa dhatu is dancing with the music.
