Poshaka Kapha
The immature, nutritive form of kapha that flows through the body to nourish the sthayi kapha at each tissue site.
Definition
Poshaka kapha is the unstable or precursor form of kapha dosha, produced by rasa dhatu. It is the asthayi (mobile) kapha that nourishes the sthayi (stable, structural) kapha already established in the body.
