Majja Sara

The clinical sign of healthy marrow and nerve tissue, expressed as sharp memory, intelligence, longevity, and lustrous eyes.

Majja Sara Constitution

A majja sara person — one with excellent majja dhatu quality — is bright, brilliant, and intelligent, with attractive eyes. The eyes are closely related to majja dhatu, and their luster reflects the health of the nerve tissue and marrow. Clear perception, right understanding, and right comprehension are hallmarks of healthy majja dhatu.
