An asthi sara person has strong bones, good height, strong teeth, and thick, strong nails. This person has great endurance, strength, vitality, and stamina. The Ayurvedic teaching that a man is as old as his bones means an asthi sara person has a long life. Asthi sara people are also forgiving, hardworking, and honest.
