Chaturjata (Four Aromatics)
Chaturjata / Chaturjataka is a four-herb group: Twak (Cinnamomum zeylanicum bark), Ela (cardamom), Patri (tejpatra / bay leaf), and Nagakesara. A standard aromatic adjuvant in many Ayurvedic formulations.
