Vrana Lepa — Overview
Vrana Lepa is a wound-healing external application prepared from graduated quantities of Karpura (1 part), Sindura (2 parts), Tuttha (3 parts), Yashtimadhu (4 parts), Bakuchi (5 parts), and Karanja (6 parts).
The drugs are steeped well in Jambeera Swarasa (lemon juice) and then combined with ghee before application. It is used externally for Nadivrana (sinus wounds) and Dushta Vrana (chronic non-healing ulcers).
