Vidanga Rajanyadi Kashaya is a compact five-herb decoction of Vidanga, Haridra, Yashti, Sunthi, and Gokshura, administered with honey.
It is specifically recommended for Dusthara Prameha — stubborn, hard-to-cure forms of diabetes.
