Shvasakasadihara Churna

A Bhringaraja juice-processed powder with Maricha, Haritaki, Pippali and Pushkaramoola used specifically for asthma and cough.

Swasakasadihara Choorna — Overview

Swasakasadihara Choorna is a Bhringaraja-processed powder prepared by boiling 1 kudava of Maricha in 1 prastha of fresh Bhringaraja juice until the liquid evaporates completely. The dried mass is then powdered and combined with 1 tola each of Haritaki, Pippali, Bharangi, Saindhava and Pushkaramoola.

It is taken early in the morning at a dose of 1 karsha with honey, and is specifically indicated for asthma (Swasa) and cough (Kasa) — as its name suggests.
