Suddha Bala Taila — Overview
Suddha Bala Taila is a pure Bala-based medicated sesame oil. The kalka is 10 pala of Bala root paste, cooked with 4 prastha of Tila Taila, 100 pala of Bala root decoction (prepared as a Chaturdhavasishta Kashaya by reducing with 8 times water) and 8 prastha of cow's milk.
It is classically indicated for vata disorders (Vataroga).
