Sthoulyahara Kashaya — Overview
Sthoulyahara Kashaya is a decoction prepared from Triphala, Asana, Chitraka, Loha Patra and Haridra. It is administered internally with honey for one month as a course of treatment.
Its primary indication is Sthoulya (obesity), where the combination of astringent, bitter and metabolism-kindling herbs helps reduce excess body mass.
