Saraswata Ghrita
A simpler variant of Saraswata Ghrita prepared with goat's milk and Trikatu, used to enhance speech, memory, intellect and kindle digestive fire.
Saraswata Ghrita (II) — Overview
Saraswata Ghrita (second variant) is a simpler version of the classical nootropic ghee. The Kalka Dravya is Haritaki, Trikatu, Patha, Vacha, Sigru and Saindhava. Cow's ghee (1 prastha) is cooked with goat's milk (100 pala) as the Drava Dravya.
It is indicated as a promoter of Vani (speech), Medha (intellect) and Smriti (memory), and additionally acts as an Agni Deepaka (digestive stimulant), making it useful when cognitive decline is accompanied by weak digestion.
