Pramehahara Kashaya — Overview

Pramehahara Kashaya is indicated for Prameha (urinary disorders including diabetes). The first formula includes Avartaki, Mustha, Triphala, Haridra, Daruharidra, Jambu, Arjuna, Pancha valkala (five bark group), Patha, Kataka, Agnimandha, Khadira, Ambashta, Asana, Devadaru, Samudraphena, Kola, and Kimsuka — administered with honey and Shilajatu for all types of Prameha.

The second formula combines Kataka, Khadira, Amalaki, Mehari, Daruharidra, Manjishta, Vidula, Haridra, Patha, Amra seed, Haritaki, and Mustha — taken with honey for seven days to treat all types of Prameha.
