Nimbadi Choorna

A powder of bhunimba, katuka, mustha, trikatu and kutaja bark used for malabsorption, jaundice, anemia and diarrhea.

Nimbadi Choorna — Overview

Nimbadi Choorna contains Bhunimba, Katukarohini, Mustha, Trikatu and Indrayava (one part each), Chitraka (two parts) and Kutaja twak (sixteen parts). It is given with jaggery or cold water.

It is indicated for a wide range of digestive and metabolic disorders including Grahani dosha (malabsorption), Gulma, Kamala (jaundice), Jwara (fever), Pandu (anemia), Prameha, Aruchi (anorexia) and Atisara (diarrhea).
