Musthakhukarnadi Kashaya is a decoction of Mustha, Mushikaparna, Triphala, Devadaru and Sigru. It is taken with powdered Pippali and Vidanga.
The formulation targets both upper and lower gastrointestinal worm infestations (Urdhwa and Adhogata Krimi) along with their complications.
