Marma Kshobha Lepa — Overview
Marma Kshobha Lepa is an external application designed for injuries to vital points (marma). It contains Arrowroot (4 pala), Guggulu (3 pala), Eluva (1 pala), and Ahiphena (½ part).
The drugs are pounded well with Kumari Swarasa (aloe vera juice), combined with ghee, and applied externally. It acts as Marma Kshobha nasaka (remover of marma trauma), Vedana nasaka (pain reliever), and Sodhayukta Pida nasaka (reliever of pain accompanied by swelling).
