Maha Vahni Vajra Choorna is a large multi-ingredient powder containing Punarnava, Chirubilwa, Mustha, Sarapunkha, Aragwadha, Vacha, Kachora, Patha, Ela, Hingu, Bharangi, Devadaru, Hapusha, Kushta, Vrikshamla, Dhanyaka, Ativisha, Daruharidra, Danti, Vidanga, Chitraka, Yavani, two Jeerakas, Dalchini, Patra, Bhallataka, Trikatu, Gajapippali, Amla Dadima, Triphala, Sigru, Palasa, Tila, Gokshura, Kalamushka kshara and Mandura. The herbs are steeped seven times each in Matulunga and Ardraka juice.

It is indicated for Sarva Kukshi roga — all varieties of abdominal disease.
