Krimihara Kashaya — Overview
Krimihara Kashaya is an anthelmintic decoction used to eliminate intestinal worms and parasites (Krimi). The first formula combines Nirgundi, Chitraka, Vidanga, Devadaru, Haridra, Mustha, Mushikaparna, Kshapa, Bharangi, Trikatu, Palasa, Sigru, Chavika, Haritaki and Rasona, administered internally with Sigru, Vidanga, Hingu and rock salt.
The second, simpler formula uses Vidanga, Pippali, Maricha, Nirgundi moola, Sigru moola, Bharangi, Sunthi, Mushikaparna and Mustha. Vidanga, the king of krimighna drugs, anchors both formulas.
