Kapha-Pitta Jwarahara Kashaya is a decoction for fever driven by simultaneous kapha and pitta vitiation. The contents include Katuki (Katukarohini), Haritaki (Vijaya), Draksha (raisins), Mustha, Parpataka and Sunthi.
The combination cools pitta while gently scraping kapha, addressing fevers with heaviness, bitter taste in the mouth, burning sensation and sluggish digestion.
