Kanthasuddhi Gutika — Overview
Kanthasuddhi Gutika is a comprehensive multi-ingredient pill formulation containing precious substances like Suvarna (gold), Rajata (silver), Mukta (pearl), Rudraksha, Pravala (coral), two varieties of Nirvishi (Delphinium denudatum), Garuda Dwayam, Hingu, Jatiphala, Japatri, Trikatu, Kiratatikta, Rasna, Sital chini, Yashti, Kushta, Mayaphala, Palasa, Akarakarabha, Vacha, Bola (myrrh), Sanninayaka, Gorochana, Haridra, and horn ashes of goat, buffalo, and deer in equal parts.
The drugs are pounded with Nari Ksheera (breast milk) and administered at intervals of every three hours. It is indicated in all types of pain (Sarva Ruja), facial palsy (Ardita), and all diseases (Sarva roga).
