Jeemutadi Taila — Overview
Jeemutadi Taila uses sixteen tola of Karpasa (cotton) root as Kalka and sixty-four tola of sesame oil. The Drava Dravyas are juices of Jeemuta, Bhringaraja, Karavira, Nisa (Haridra), Arka and Nili — one prastha of each.
The oil addresses Kandu (itching) and Kesapata (hair fall), particularly where Kapha-mediated scalp itching accompanies hair loss.
