Haridradi Kshara — Overview
Haridradi Kshara is prepared from the two Haridras (Haridra and Daruharidra), Vacha, Kushta, Chitraka, Katurohini and Mustha in equal parts, processed as Antardhooma Bhasma.
It is administered internally with goat's urine (Chaga/Aja mootra) and functions as an Agni Vardhaka, stimulating digestive fire and addressing metabolic sluggishness.
