The second and celebrated formula contains Haritaki, Trikatu, Punarnava, Mustha, Haridra, two types of Karanja, Bhanga, Patha, Bilwa, Ativisha, Aralu, Pippalimoola, Vacha, Chitraka, Chavya, Yavani, and Sarapunkha. It is described in the text as the best remedy for nearly all kinds of Grahani roga, likened to ambrosia for the immortals.
