Dinesavallyadi Taila

Medicated oil prepared with Suryavalli, Haridra, Arka, Aragwadha, and latex trees, used to correct skin disorders and improve complexion.

Dinesavallyadi Taila — Overview

Dinesavallyadi Taila is prepared from eight tola of Kalka and half a prastha of sesame oil, boiled with the juice of Suryavalli (Dinesavalli), Haridra, Arka, Aragwadha, and a Kshira Vriksha (latex tree) — one prastha each.

Its actions are described as Twak dosha hara (remover of skin defects) and Varnya (complexion-enhancing), making it a useful topical preparation for blemishes, pigmentation, and general skin disorders.
