Danti Trivritadi Choorna — Overview
Danti Trivritadi Choorna is a mild purgative powder of Danti, Trivrit, Maha Shyama, Kampilla, Katukarohini, Haritaki, Nilini and Pippali taken in equal quantity. It is administered internally with Eranda (castor) oil.
It is indicated in Udavarta (upward-moving vata with constipation), Mudhavata (retained wind) and as a Vatanulomaka — a gentle downward-directing action that restores normal peristalsis.
