Decoction of Bharangi, Parpataka, Sunthi and related drugs used for chronic, deep-seated, intermittent, and complicated fevers.

Bharangyadi Kashaya — Overview

Bharangyadi Kashaya is a decoction of Bharangi, Parpataka, Sunthi, Vasa, Pippali, Bhunimba, Nimba, Guduchi, Mustha and Dhanvaja, administered internally twice daily.

It is used for chronic fever (Jeerna Jwara), deep-tissue fever (Dhatugata Jwara), intermittent fever (Vishama Jwara) and complicated, severe fevers (Upadravayukta Daruna Jwara).
