Bhagandharahara Lepa — Overview
Bhagandharahara Lepa is an external paste formulated to treat fistula-in-ano. It is made from equal parts of Haridra (Manyal), Nimba patra (Veppila), Arka moola (Erukku), Haritaki (Kadukka), and Saindhava lavana (rock salt).
The drugs are pounded thoroughly with Morila (buttermilk) and applied externally. It is indicated for Bhagandhara (fistula-in-ano) and Pitika (boils and pustular lesions).
