Artava Shodhana Kashaya — Overview
Artava Shodhana Kashaya comprises three menstruation-purifying decoctions: (1) Palasa Twak Kashaya, (2) Kala Tila Kashaya with Kimsuka Kshara, and (3) Vrikshamla Twak Kashaya.
These preparations are indicated for Dushta Artava (vitiated menstrual blood) and Kricchrartava (painful menstruation).
