Meditation

The practice of observing thoughts, feelings, and emotions without labeling them, which kindles pithara agni and synchronizes it with pilu agni.

Meditation as Cellular Awareness

Meditation is defined as bringing harmony between pilu agni and pithara agni, breaking down crystals of unresolved emotions in the intercellular space. It is the practice of observing every thought, feeling, and emotion with total awareness, without division between observer and observed.

The moment an emotion is labeled as fear, anger, or grief, suppression begins and an image is recorded in intercellular space. True meditation is looking at every feeling without labeling—allowing fear complete freedom to flower, which is the ending of fear. When this happens, molecules of fear entering the cell are transformed by pithara agni into memory, intellect, and pure consciousness.
