Talisapatra is one of the herbs traditionally used in Ayurveda for anorexia. Talisapatra is the Himalayan Yew leaf, hot and pungent, that opens stuck lungs. Dosed 1-2g, it stills cough, eases asthma and hiccup, and anchors Talisadi Churna.
