Safety & Contraindications

Dosage & Combinations
Dosage: 1.5–10g per day dried or 3–15ml per day of a 1:3 @ 25% tincture.
Combinations:
- Anthrapachaka, pippali, vasa in respiratory congestion and allergies.
- Neem, turmeric, manjishtha in skin inflammation.
- Guggulu, bola for high cholesterol and a congested lymphatic system.
