Overview
Nux-vomica is one of the herbs traditionally used in Ayurveda for weakness & debility. Nux-vomica (Kupilu) is poison until Shodhana tames it: purified seeds, half to one ratti, ignite Agni, lift facial palsy, and steady stalled Vata nerves.

- Potency (Virya): Ushna (hot)
- Post-digestive (Vipaka): Katu (pungent)
- Taste (Rasa): Tikta (bitter), Katu (pungent)
- Qualities (Guna): Laghu (light), Tikshna (sharp)
