Overview
Musk is one of the herbs traditionally used in Ayurveda for weakness & debility. Musk (Kasturi) is the rutting-season secretion of the Himalayan deer, Ushna and Tikshna, a fierce cardiac and nervine tonic for Hridroga, epilepsy, and Vata collapse.
How Musk Helps with Weakness & Debility
According to Ayurvedic pharmacology, Musk has specific properties that make it valuable for addressing weakness & debility:
