Overview
Dhanyaka is one of the herbs traditionally used in Ayurveda for male sexual health. Unique in that though Ushna Virya, it also has cooling and soothing effects due to Madhura Vipaka. Fresh leaves have more cooling properties than dried seeds.
How Dhanyaka Helps with Male Sexual Health
According to Ayurvedic pharmacology, Dhanyaka has specific properties that make it valuable for addressing male sexual health:
