It contains Suddha Suta (Parada, 1 pala), Visha (Vatsanabha, 1 pala), Gandhaka (1 pala), Maricha (2 pala), Magadhi (Pippali, 2 pala), Sunthi (2 pala), Hingu (2 pala), Lavana (8 pala), Chincha kshara (8 pala), and Sankha Bhasma (7 pala). The drugs are pounded with Jambeera (lemon) Swarasa, steeped again with 8 pala of Jambeera Swarasa for another day, exposed to sunlight, formed into pills, and administered internally with sour taste (Amla rasa).
