Myofibrosis from Increased Asthi Dhatu

When asthi dhatu is increased, calcium deposits on muscle tendons, which is one of the causes of myofibrosis. In myofibrositis, muscle fibers become inflamed and irritated, and the person develops aches and pains. This condition may resemble muscular rheumatism. Increased asthi dhatu can also create bony tumors (osteomas) and misalignment of the spine (scoliotic changes).
